NOURISH OUR ROOTS 2024 VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

Thank you for interest in joining our team of women and men who bring NOURISH OUR ROOTS® events to life! Please fill out the application, and selected volunteers will be notified via email, with further information on assignments and arrival/departure times.

VOLUNTEER

Volunteers must attend a mandatory training call, and in-person briefing on the day of event. Shifts may be shorter than indicated, but please apply only if you are available for the full duration of the time frame.

Food and water will be provided.

All NOURISH OUR ROOTS® Volunteers will be given a shirt to wear during the event. Please note NOURISH OUR ROOTS® tickets, gift bags, swag or passes are not distributed to volunteers.

NOURISH OUR ROOTS 2024 PRESS PASS

Please fill out this form completely to be considered for the official attending press at NOURISH OUR ROOTS on October 19th, 2024.

Completing this form does not guarantee approval by the NOURISH OUR ROOTS team. Attending media will be evaluated on factors including outlet reach or circulation, past or intended coverage of NOURISH OUR ROOTS and other considerations.

Due to attendance guidelines, approvals for attending press are limited. Outlets with multiple people attending should fill out a form for each person. Outlets will be limited to a maximum of three attendees, including members of reporting and photography teams.

MEDIA passes will offer festival and press lounge access. PHOTO passes will offer festival, press lounge and photo pit access. If you are granted a PHOTO pass, you do not need a MEDIA pass. Passes are assigned at the discretion of NOURISH OUR ROOTS and talent teams.

Media

Photo passes for radio and college photographers are limited. Please express your coverage plans as detailed as possible for consideration. Recording or filming of performances is prohibited without direct pre-approval from NOURISH OUR ROOTS. All approved recordings will be escorted to approved locations by a representative of the NOURISH OUR ROOTS PR team. No outlets will be granted backstage access.

This form must be completed before August 19th, 2024. Responses indicating your confirmation will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the festival.
